Overview

Tabward is a Chrome extension that automatically brings new tabs into focus when they open. This privacy policy explains what data the extension does and does not collect.

Data Collection

Tabward collects no data of any kind. It does not:

• Track your browsing activity
• Read the contents of your tabs
• Store any personal information
• Transmit any data to any server
• Use analytics or tracking tools of any kind

Permissions

Tabward requests two permissions:

• tabs — required to detect when a new tab is opened. This permission is not used to read URLs, titles, or any other tab content.
• storage — required to remember whether you have the extension turned on or off. This preference is stored locally on your device and never transmitted anywhere.

Third Parties

Tabward does not share any data with third parties because it does not collect any data in the first place.

If this policy changes in a future version, the updated policy will be posted at this URL with a revised date.
